"5 Reasons to Fear Robots" by Jeremy Hsu

Who: Robots created to do human work.When we create robots we are making something else besides humans do work for us. Some every day robots are not often called robots. This includes dish washers, washing machines, and dryers. There are real robots that can be programed so that today it washes dishes and tomorrow it washes clothes.

What: Robots are already taking over part of the human race. But they will not take over the human race entirely any time in the near future. One of the big robot manufacturing companies right now is IRobot.There are lots of other robot companies. U.S.A. has robot army soldiers to fight instead of them at some places in the world.

When: From now into the near future robots will still be doing things for humans so that we do not have to do as much work by robots doing work for we can do other things like read a book or play outside.

Why: The robots are partly taking over use because we have very high technology of having things do work for use. Before all the robots people used to hand wash dishes and clothes.they then placed clothes on clothe lines to dry. That toke much longer than when we now dry clothes in a dryer.

Opinion: we should cut down on the amount of robots we make.
